Who are you?
My name is Gustavo "Tavo" Arriaza

Where are you from?
Alameda, California the sunshine state!! Oh wait I mean the Golden state... :)

What do you do?
My family and I own a Grocery store in the City of San Leandro. We will soon be opening up a Taqueria. When I'm not working I'm thinking of racing or actually racing! LOL...

What influenced you to start doing it?
I've always loved motorcycles and racing in general. I rode the back roads for a while but once I got out on a race course I was hooked. Haven't been back to the street.

Where do you do it?
We race on three tracks in California. Infineon, Thunder Hill and Buttonwillow. This year I was asked by my teammates to race in a 6hr Endurance race at Miller Motorsports, Utah (Awesome Facility).

When do you do it?
The race season consists of 7 race weekends. This year I'm racing in two classes, 750 Production and Formula I.

Why do you do it?
The competition brings out this drive inside me that makes me push that much harder and ride to a level I never thought I could. It's great! The comradery is awesome. Everyone helps each other out. I have a great track Family "CODE4 RACING" :) they have helped me out a lot in my racing career.

How do you do it?
I just do! LOL... I try to implement everything I've been taught by instructors at race schools and track days. I try to work at something every time I'm out on track. That's the only way to become a faster smoother rider. It's a lot of fun I can tell you that.
